Mitchell was born and raised in Dallas. He is fourth generation Dallasite and attended Hillcrest High School before matriculating to the University of Texas at Austin where he received a BBA in Real Estate. He returned home to join the family business in 1979. Mitchell has focused on small retail acquisitions in the metroplex and oversees the daily working operations of the business. Mitchell and his wife Caryn have two children, a son and a daughter. Mitchell enjoys the outdoors and is a passionate Texas Longhorn and Dallas Cowboy fan.

Peter Fonberg has been in the real estate business since 1955. After attending Southern Methodist University, he began his career in the home building and development business and has built thousands of homes in the Dallas metroplex. In the early eighties, after being in the residential real estate business for 25 years, he began to shift his focus to retail center acquisitions, which he continues to focus on at present. Peter has been married to his wife Elaine for 54 years, has three children and eight grandchildren.

Kim Huey joined the company in January 2002. Her credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from the University of Central Arkansas, in Conway Arkansas and a paralegal certificate from the Southwest Institute of Paralegal Training in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kim's favorite pastimes are watching her son play sports and spending time on the Saline River in Arkansas.
